Effects of a DHA-rich diet on inflammatory mediator release and neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation following acute exposure to HDE. (AH) BALF was collected from mice and screened for various cytokines and chemokines via ELISAs. (I) NET formation was assessed by scoring the BALF cytospins across all three experimental trials. The top line represents the main effect of HDE vs. saline with significance represented by p-values.
