The article, “Videoconferenced Telebehavioral Health Referral Process Adherence,”1 that published online on April 3, 2018 contained errors.
The following errors were introduced at the proof stage: On page 93 “Armed Forces Longitudinal Technology Application” should be “Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application.” On page 96 “(3) in their electronically signed note…” is a redundant clause, and instead should be “(3) TBH consultants were already documenting consent at the time of intake in their electronically signed note.” The publisher regrets these errors.
On page 94 “Institute for Hospital Improvement” should be “Institute for Healthcare Improvement.” The author regrets this error.
