10–13-day-old, mixed-sex ND23⁶⁰¹¹⁴ and wild-type flies were fed different concentrations of paraquat in 5% sucrose for 24 h and then cornmeal-molasses food for the next 24 h. The percent mortality was determined at 24 and 48 h. Shown are the mean of 8–13 biological replicates with error bars representing the standard deviations. For each dose and time point, comparisons were made between ND23⁶⁰¹¹⁴ and wild-type.
