Treatment of murine colon adenocarcinoma (MC38). (a) Timeline for MC38 inoculation and treatment. The mice (C57BL/6) were inoculated with half a million MC38 cells SC on the right flank. Measurement and treatments began 8 days later when the tumors were palpable. Treatments were given 4 times over 8 days. Mice were euthanized when tumors reached 150 mm².
