After publication of the article “Parallel distributed networks dissociate episodic and social functions within the individual,” a code error was found that resulted in the trial-level analysis of null data not including data from the right hemisphere for subjects S8 through S18. Correcting this error shows:
These corrections impact neither the region-specific false positive rates described in the text (calculated at alpha = 0.05) nor overall conclusions.
The composite interaction effect for the analysis of null data is significant for S8 rather than a trend (P < 0.05; + should be ++ in Fig. 16D and in Table 6).
Null data for S8’s PFC and PMC regions show a trend (P < 0.1; should be + in Table 6) and for S17’s LTC region do not show a trend (P > 0.1; should be − in Table 7).
