From Figure 1, LD100 represents (6.4 CFU/µL) of M. plutonius AF5, and LD50 is (0.64 CFU/µL) killing approximately 50% of the larvae by 6 days of age. P. apium was introduced at 3 CFU/µL, the concentration used in Corby Harris et al. [20]. Columns with the same letter do not differ for larval survival.
