In the article on page e0215 in the September compendium of the Journal, the following author disclosures should have been included:

Dr. Roth is the founder of Faraday Pharmaceuticals and serves as board member and consultant. Drs. Iwata, Morrison, and Roth are named as inventors on intellectual property involving the use of iodide as a medicine that has been licensed from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center to Faraday Pharmaceuticals and they are stakeholders in this licensing agreement. Mr. Insko and Ms. VandenEckert are employees of Faraday Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Maier is a consultant and trial coordinator for Faraday Pharmaceuticals.
