The effect of syndecan-1 overexpression on the proliferation of HepG2 and Hep3B cell lines. (A) Transfection with the truncated syndecan-1 construct significantly slowed down the proliferation of both HepG2 and Hep3B cell lines. A moderate decrease in the proliferation of HepG2 full-length transfectant was also observed.
