Regions of the Rho proteins are indicated above the alignment; blue are the G domains, (G1, G2, G3, G4, and G5 with their respected motifs), purple are switch 1 and switch 2 domains, red is the Rho insert, green is the polybasic region, and black is the CAAX box.
