Results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation of triplicate determinations in mg of Trolox Equivalents per gram of dried sample (mg TE/g) and in concentration of the sample required to inhibit the activity of the radical by 25% (IC25 μg/mL). For each test, the values with identical letters (a–f) are not significantly different at the p < 0.05 level, 95% confidence limit, according to one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Samples are chloroform fraction (AG CHCl3) and its sub-fractions (I-X); nd = not determined at tested concentrations.
