ICG-001 suppresses tumorigenesis of HaCaT-Piwil2 cells in vivo. A total of 5 × 106 HaCaT-Piwil2 or HaCaT-Lenti cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice. After the tumors were palpable, the mice received an intraperitoneal injection of 300 mg/kg of ICG-001 or IQ-1 twice weekly for 4 wk. Five mice per group were used. (A) Representative image of mice carrying tumors and excised tumors after 4 wk of treatment. (B) Tumor volume was monitored by caliper measurements twice a week. (C) Tumor weight was measured after sacrifice at the end of the experiment. (D) The body weight of the mice was measured twice a week.
