Chen B, Wang J, Wang J, et al. The Study of MDM2 rs937283 Variant and Cancer Susceptibility in a Central Chinese Population. Technology in Cancer Research & Treatment. 2018;17: 1-7. Original DOI: 10.1177/1533033818801550

In the above referenced article, on Page 2, column 2, line 10, the correct data is:

Briefly, a 169 bp DNA fragment containing the polymorphism of interest was amplified with the primers (forward: 5′-GCGACCCCTCTGACCGA-3′ and reverse: 5′-CCTCAAGACTCCCCAGTTTC-3′). The PCR products were then digested with 10-unit AvaII restriction enzymes following the manufacturer’s instructions (Takara, Bio Inc, Shiga, Japan). Digested fragments were separated by electrophoresis on 3% agarose gel and visualized under ultraviolet light with GelRed staining. The rs937283 G allele was identified by the presence of 2 bands (104 and 65 bp), whereas the A allele was identified by the presence of 1 band (169 bp).

This change has no impact on the findings in the article.
