PMCID: PMC7701363  PMID: 33268985

Bartomeu Garcia C, Shi D, Webster TJ. Int J Nanomedicine. 2017;12:3009–3021

The authors have advised Figure 7 on page 3018 is incorrect. Due to an error at the time of figure assembly, the Free antibiotic (MRSA) and Tat liposomes (S. pneumoniae) images were duplicated. The correct Figure 7 is shown below.

Figure 7.

Figure 7

Live/dead assays with Streptococcus pneumoniae and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Notes: Live bacteria in green, and dead bacteria in red. Magnification 10×. Antibiotic concentrations of 0.6 μg/mL for vancomycin and 2 μg/mL for methicillin.

The authors apologize for this error and advise that this does not affect the results of the paper.
