DIV 7 hiPSC were fixed and immunolabeling was performed using mouse anti-NeuN primary antibody and anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 405 (A). Rabbit anti-ChAT primary antibody and goat anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody was used (B). Chicken anti-NFH and goat anti-chicken Alexa Fluor 594 secondary antibody was used (C). Merged images of NeuN, ChAT, and NFH showed the abundance of α MNs in our hiPSC-MN cultures. Images were taken at 20x magnification with 2x zoom form the same field of cells. Scale bar = 50 μm.
