In the originally published version of this manuscript, the following sentence in the Case report section should read: ``She had been medicated with metoprolol (250 mg, twice a day in the last month) and perindopril (4mg, 1/2 pill per day, which started 1 month before).'' instead of ``She had been medicated with metoprolol (250 mg, twice a day in the last month) and perindopril (10mg per day, which started 1 month before).''.
This has now been corrected online.
