(a) Schema for tumor implantation and treatment. The mice were s.c. inoculated with tumor cells followed by treatment with GM-pMCs, ICIs i.p. (anti-CTLA-4 Ab + anti-PD-L1 Ab), or in combination. Tumor growth and survival were monitored until the mice died or were sacrificed, when tumors exceeded 20 mm diameter.
