Correlation between cDC markers and STAT2-dependent gene transcripts in human metastatic melanoma. Transcriptional signatures of human primary (n = 103) and metastatic melanoma (n = 367) samples were obtained from TCGA-skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) datasets. (a-b) Kaplan-Meier plots show significantly longer survival in samples with high values of STAT2 or high values of PC1 (first principal component based on expression of 14 STAT2-dependent ISGs).
