Under “Question 2”, the sentence beginning “There has been largely consistent randomized controlled trial (RCT) evidence in health care…” did not acknowledge observational studies and should have read “There has been largely consistent evidence from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and observational studies in health care…”.
Also under “Question 2”, references 8 and 11 were misquoted and the correct references had been omitted from the reference list, necessitating the insertion of two references in the references and renumbering reference citations in the text.
Question 3 contained a redundant “can".
