Inhibition of BMP signaling improves EAE clinical outcomes. (a) EAE mice were randomized when the first clinical symptoms appeared (clinical score ≥ 1) and treated daily with 3 mg/kg DM, 5 mg/kg DMH1, or DMSO (vehicle).
