For BJ cells, increased Casp3 was observed for 10% Allium sativum extract (100 mg/mL) and for 10% A. fistulosum extract (83 mg/mL), while for other concentrations there was no difference compared to the control group. As for HaCaT cells Casp3 was activated in a dose-dependent manner compared with the control group.
