Treatment of HSV-1 infected cell with embelin post penetration does not affect cell viability. HSV-1 infected cells were treated with concentrations of embelin ranging from 20 µM to 54 µM post-penetration. DMSO represents the vehicle control up to 2% administration of DMSO.
