3,4,6-O-Bu3GalNAc reduces osteogenic capacity of hMSCs. Cells on monolayer and 3D hydrogel cultures were incubated without (0 μM) or with 3,4,6-O-Bu3GalNAc (100 μM) in the osteogenic medium. A.
