Following publication of the Research Article by Matthias R Bauer, Rhiannon N Jones, Raysa Khan, Bradley Springett, Felix A Dingler, Lorena Verduci, Ketan J Patel, Alan R Fersht, Andreas C Joerger & John Spencer, titled ‘A structure-guided molecular chaperone approach for restoring the transcriptional activity of the p53 cancer mutant Y220C’, which appeared in the December 2019 issue of Future Medicinal Chemistry (Future Med. Chem. 11[19], 2491–2504 [2019]; DOI: 10.4155/fmc-2019-0181), it has been brought to our attention that the images in Table 1 were published out of order. All compounds were synthesized as the amine-hydrochloride salt to aid aqueous solubility.
