hb2,hc2, and hd2 are the heritabilities associated with the “b,” “c,” and “d” Gaussians, respectively. The last column, labeled %c, gives the percentage of SNP heritability that comes from the “c” Gaussian. Ninety-five percent confidence intervals are in Appendix Table F2.
