Mammalian SET1 family of methyltransferases. The figure depicts the structure of each family member with variable number of DNA binding motifs and protein-protein interaction domains. All the six methyltransferases contain a SET and post-SET domain at the C-terminal. The number of amino acids (aa) shown, represents the length of each protein.
