Correction of “Jeremiah R Foley, Carrie S Jubb, D Austin Cole, David Mausel, Ashley Lamb Galloway, Rachel Brooks, Scott M Salom. 2021. In the originally published version of this manuscript, several errors relating to the study have been noted. This corrigendum has been published to address the following changes that have subsequently been corrected:

In the Abstract, the first major challenges to the rearing program indicate that: “high mortality during the subterranean portion of its life cycle (averaging 37% annually) reducing beetle production”. This has been corrected to read: “high mortality during the subterranean portion of its life cycle (averaging 63% annually) reducing beetle production”.

Under the “Subterranean Duration and Survivorship” heading, in the Results section, the following text should read: “The average subterranean survivorship, which includes both pupation and adult estivation” instead of “The average subterranean mortality, which includes both pupation and adult estivation”.

The following text within the caption of Table 3 should read: “Summary of Laricobius spp. adult subterranean survivorship at the Virginia Tech insectary for each year” instead of “Summary of Laricobius spp. adult subterranean mortality at the Virginia Tech insectary for each year”. In Table 3, the cell sub-heading under the “Subterranean” heading should read: “survivorship” instead of “mortality”.
