In [1] the following corrections are required, “Fevre‐Montague” should be changed to “Fevre‐Montange” on pp312 in the sentence of “The large cooperative study of Fevre‐Montague et al (11) confirmed their existence, but it was felt by the 2007 WHO working group that the criteria proffered fell short of arriving at a statistically meaningful morphologic breakpoint”.
