Incorrect Grant Number

In the Original Investigation titled “Association Between Bariatric Surgery and Macrovascular Disease Outcomes in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes and Severe Obesity,” published in the October 16, 2018, issue of JAMA,¹ there was an incorrect grant number listed in the acknowledgment section. The National Institutes of Health grant awarded to Patrick J. O’Connor, MD, MA, MPH, should have been 5P30DK092924-08. This article was corrected online.
