In the Original Research article entitled, “Cost-Utility of Dialysis in Canada: Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Nondialysis Treatment of Kidney Failure” that appeared in the January/February 2021 issue of Kidney Medicine (Ferguson et al, volume 3, issue 1, pages 20-30), there was an error in the cost-utility ratios for facility-based hemodialysis and home peritoneal dialysis in the results section of the abstract (pg 1) and in the Discussion section (pg 9). The cost-utility ratio for facility-based hemodialysis should be $108,526.79/QALY and the cost-utility ratio for home peritoneal dialysis should be $87,126.59/QALY. The cost-utility ratios in the article’s Results section are correct as published.
