An error occurred in the article by Kantorowska et al, titled “Impact of Donor Milk Availability on Breast Milk Use and Necrotizing Enterocolitis Rates” published in the March 2016 issue of Pediatrics (2016;137(3):e20153123; doi:10.1542/peds.2015-3123). Under the introduction, on page 2, second column, line 3, this reads: “The Human Milk Banking Association of North American (HMBANA) has stated that this situation could be hindering research, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of NICU donor milk programs.9

This should have read: “The Connecticut Human Milk Research Center, in a study of Human Milk Banking Association of North American (HMBANA) milk banks, has stated that this situation could be hindering research, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of NICU donor milk programs.9
