Estimation of non-additive genetic variance in human complex traits from a large sample of unrelated individuals

In this paper, the mean estimates of SNP-based heritability and additive-by-additive variance across traits are ${\overline{\mathit{h}}}_{\mathit{SNP}}^2$ = 0.208 ± 0.001 (CI95% = [0.206;0.210]) and ${\overline{\mathit{\eta }}}_{\mathit{SNP}}^2$ = 0.055 ± 0.032 (CI95% = [-0.010;0.119]), as shown correctly in Figure 4. However, in the original text (summary and the 8^th and 10^th pages of the article), they were erroneously referred to as ${\overline{\mathit{h}}}_{\mathit{SNP}}^2$ = 0.207 ± 0.001 (CI95% = [0.205;0.208]) and ${\overline{\mathit{\eta }}}_{\mathit{SNP}}^2$ = 0.058 ± 0.032 (CI95% = [−0.005;0.122]). There was also a typo on the 9^th page (0.0.157 instead of 0.157). These errors, which do not affect the conclusion of the paper, have been corrected online and in print. The authors apologize for these errors.
