The lin-32 fosmid reporter is first detected shortly after 100 min into development in ABalap descendants. Our analysis revealed that lin-32::gfp is expressed in both mitotically active neuroblasts during embryogenesis and a subset of postmitotic neurons. Scale bar: 10 µm.
