Median olfactory score improvement in groups between baseline and 1 or 2 months. The median olfactory score improvement between baseline and 1-month post-treatment of group OC + OT (6, IQR 4) was significantly higher compared with group NC + OT (3, IQR 5.25; p < 0.001) and group OT (4, IQR 3; p < 0.001). There were no significant differences between score improvements between groups NC + OT and OT (p = 0.999). The median olfactory score improvement between baseline and 2 months post-treatment did not significantly differ between any group.
