Model of trogocytosis event. T cells phagocytose APC membrane and membrane molecules from central Supramolecular Complex (cSMAC) of the immune synapse in a TC-21- and RhoG-dependent mechanism. The trogocytosed molecules traffic through multivesicular bodies where the TCR is sorted for degradation, and the endosome membrane fuses with phagocytosed APC membrane.
