After admission, nasopharyngeal samples for PCR analysis were obtained by a physician. The amplification and analysis of the DNA and RNA were performed using a CFX96 real-time PCR detection system (CFX96; Bio-Rad, USA).

After admission, Covid-19 was diagnosed by PCR. A combined nose and throat swab was taken for PCR. The samples taken were placed in Viral Nucleic Acid Buffer (vNAT) (bioeksen, Turkey) solution and delivered to the microbiology laboratory. Real Time PCR was studied as PCR. Bio-Speedy® SARS-CoV-2 RT-qPCR (Bioeksen, Turkey) was used as a kit. The amplification and analysis of the DNA and RNA were performed using a CFX96 real-time PCR detection system (CFX96; Bio-Rad, USA)>.
