In this article, we have included Dr. Zhongchao Zhu as one co-author in the published paper entitled “Hypoxia-induced lncRNA CASC9 enhances glycolysis and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of pancreatic cancer by a positive feedback loop with AKT/HIF-1α signaling (Am J Cancer Res 2021;11:123-137)”. Actually, he didn’t make any contribution. Due to unclear of the study, he raised serious concern about the publication. We deeply regret what we have done. However, for the scientific rigor of study, we decided to retract the paper. We sincerely apologized for all the staffs involved this paper, including the editors, reviewers, and readers.
