In the originally published version of this manuscript, there was an error under the Efficacy heading. The following text should read: “randomized to placebo (1.00 [0.00, 4.45]) or to continue LXB treatment (1.08 [0.00, 7.88])” instead of “randomized to placebo (1.08 [0.00, 7.88]) or to continue LXB treatment (1.00 [0.00, 4.45]).”

This has now been corrected online.
