With regard to the article in the November 2020 issue entitled "Cutaneous barrier leakage and gut inflammation drive skin disease in Omenn syndrome" (J Allergy Clin Immunol 2020;146;1165-79.E11), the authors report an error in Fig E1. The authors report that, after publication, it was discovered that the 2 histological images of CXCL9 mRNA expression, using RNAscope technique, are 2 consecutive fields coming from the same skin biopsy. Upon this realization, the authors replaced the left panel with the correct image taken from another skin biopsy of a different OS patient. This does not impact the statement of the figure legend or results and conclusions of the article. The authors regret this error and apologize for any inconvenience. The new and the old figures are displayed side by side below.
