Table 1. The proposed FORQ.

The proposed FORQ (feline oral cancer owner-reported quality of life questionnaire) represents a refined version of our pre-FORQ; low-performing items have been removed to improve efficiency of the instrument, and this is the final version being put forward for future and continued validation.
