In the originally published version of this manuscript, there were a number of errors noted in this erratum
1. The wrong files were uploaded to the Supplementary Data section, which have now been replaced by the correct files: (i) a PDF Supplement containing the supplementary text and figures, and (ii) a supplementary spreadsheet.
2. Table 2 was formatted incorrectly.
3. The second-to-last equation in Equations (1) was incorrectly split and merged into the last equation.
4. The final paragraph of the Background section incorrectly summarized the content of the text to follow.
These errors have been corrected online.
