MiR-155 is upregulated in murine and human macrophages by MAI infection. (A) Mouse BMDM were infected with MAI (MOI:25) for 6 h. Cells were lysed to assess the profiling of miRNAs using the inflammatory response-mScript miRNA PCR array. A heatmap showed that miRNAs expression levels were altered in BMDM after MAI infection for 6 h.
