In the originally published version of this paper, the CHMP4B sgRNA sequence listed in the STAR Methods section was incorrect. The incorrect sequence was 5'-TCGATGGCACAAGCCATGAA, which is an sgRNA designed to target CHMP2A. The correct CHMP4B-targeting sgRNA sequence that was used in the experiments for this paper is 5'-TATCAACCATCGAGTTCCAG. This change does not affect the data or conclusions of the study and now appears in the paper online.
