An error was made in the November 2018 issue (Volume 36, Issue 4, p645-888) in Table 4 (pg. 825) in the article “Biothreat Agents and Emerging Infectious Disease in the Emergency Department” by Amesh A. Adalja. Under the Treatment column, the dose for Linezolid should be 600 mg instead of 6000 mg and meropenem 1 g IV q8h instead of q24.
