Abstract

The Cover Feature shows the functions of protein coding PARP10 gene in multiple processes, including DNA repair, signaling and innate immunity. Moreover, the PARP10 gene is amplified in certain solid tumors. The exogenous expression of PARP10 can induce apoptosis, an assay that has been used to screen for small molecule PARP10 inhibitors.
