In the originally published version of this manuscript, there were errors in Figure 2A and 2B. Specifically:

1. The leftmost column of the table contained in panel B should read: “perceived benefit after twelve months” instead of, “perceived benefit after three months”.

2. The percentage values cited in the table contained in each figure were incorrect. The percentage values in the accompanying graphs were correct and are unchanged.

These errors have been corrected online and in print.
