Correction to: Indian J Microbiol https://doi.org/10.1007/s12088-021-00941-7
The original version of this article was published on 7th May, 2021, unfortunately contained several errors. The Figs. 3, 4B, 4C, 5 and 7 was incorrect. The corrected versions are given below.
1. The previous figure 4B shows that after restriction enzyme digestion with Xba I/EcoR I, two fragments appeared, 6.5 KB pKC1139 and 1.8 KB fragments. The molecular weight of the lower band is less than 1.5 Kd in the figure, which is an incorrect use. After correction, Fig. 4B shows the use After Xba I/EcoR I restriction enzyme digestion, two fragments appeared, 6.5 KB pKC1139 and 1.8 KB fragment.

Restriction map the final pLMX-3-96 plasmid. A pLMX-3-80 (4.9 kb) Lanes: 1. After restriction digestion with EcoR I/Xba I, two fragments appeared: 3.1-kb pGEM-3zf and a 1.8-kb fragment consisting of 1.3-kb dnrJ and 0.5-kb Ermp; 2. DNA marker; 3. After restriction digestion with EcoR I/BamH I, three fragments appeared: 3.1-kb pGEM-3zf, 1.3-kb dnrJ, and 0.5-kb Ermp. B pLMX-3-86 (8.3 kb). After restriction digestion with Xba I/EcoR I, two fragments appeared: 6.5-kb pKC1139 and a 1.8-kb fragment. C pLMX-3-92 (9.2 kb). After restriction digestion with Xba I/Hind III, two fragments appeared: 8.3-kb pLMX-3-86 and 0.9-kb snogI-R. D Plasmid construction of pLMX-3-96. E Restriction map of pLMX-3-96. Lane: 1. After restriction digestion with EcoR I/EcoR I, two fragments appeared: 9.2-kb pLMX-3-92 and 1.1-kb snogI-L; 2. After restriction digestion with BamH I/BamH I, two fragments appeared: 9.2-kb pLMX-3-92 and 1.1-kb snogI-L
2. The previous figure 3 shows that was a cut picture, now it is corrected to the original picture (Fig. 3).

Agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products. Lanes: 1. Right arm (snogI-R); 2. DnrJ; 3. Left arm (snogI-L); and 4. DNA marker
3. The previous figure 4C shows that was a cut picture, now it is corrected to the original picture (Fig. 4).
4. The previous picture was of poor quality and unclear banding in Fig. 5, now it gives a good quality picture.

5. Figure 7 has corrected as more typical of the zone of inhibition picture. More importantly, the mutant strain mLMX-3-100 has been repeated many times.
