Z and ABD represent Z_HER2:2891 and ABD₀₃₅, respectively. A linker with the amino acid sequence Gly₄Ser was included between each Z and ABD domain. (B) The two-step purified proteins were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulphate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) under reducing conditions.
