Corrigendum

PMCID: PMC8664007  PMID: 34938612

The authors of Swope et al. (2019) have supplied the following correction to their article. Under the Methods and Results section, the total genomic DNA was extracted from the three individuals used for microsatellite library preparation using QIAGEN DNeasy Plant Mini Prep Kits (QIAGEN, Valencia, California, USA) following the manufacturer's instructions, not the Chelex procedure as described. Because the leaves were small, we used two leaves per individual. DNA was extracted separately for each leaf, and samples from each individual were combined, cleaned, and concentrated using ethanol precipitation. The remaining plants used for optimization and characterization were extracted using the Chelex protocol as described.

The authors wish to apologize for this mistake.
