Error in Table 3

In the Original Investigation titled “Risk of Suicidal Self-directed Violence Among US Veteran Survivors of Head and Neck Cancer,”1 published online October 7, 2021, there was a data error in Table 3. Among US veteran survivors of head and neck cancer who did not have a precancer alcohol substance use disorder, the predicted probability of postcancer self-directed violence average marginal effects is 0.009. This article was corrected online.
