Neutralization of variant SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses by therapeutic antibodies. The antibody panel, consisting of 15 single neutralizing Abs (nAbs A–R), six combination Abs (S–X), and two polyclonal Abs (III–IV), were tested against SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses bearing the indicated spike proteins. Only those that displayed significant neutralization resistance compared to WT(D614G) are shown (Refer to Supplementary Figure S4 for remaining antibodies). Antibodies are blinded according to an agreement with the manufacturers. The neutralization titer (IC50) ratios of the B.1.617.1 variants (A), B.1.617.2 variant (B), and AY.1 variant (C) relative to WT(D614G) are plotted. The dotted lines represent the neutralization titer ratio of 10. *: complete resistance at the highest concentration tested (>50-fold change of IC50).
